Expanding Nurse Anesthesia Practice through Clinical Evidence
Join us Friday, April 29 – Sunday, May 1 for our NYSANA/CTANA Spring Educational Meeting: Expanding Nurse Anesthesia Practice through Clinical Evidence in Albany, NY. The event will offer both virtual and in-person educational sessions and networking opportunities.
We have a robust program and line-up of speakers to offer for CEUs. Topics range from Anatomy and Physiology of Pain, Anesthetic Management for Highly Opioid Tolerant Patients to Pharmacology-related topics, Neuraxial Analgesia for labor and delivery to Anesthesia Jeopardy and Interactive Stress Management for Healthcare Workers.
In addition to a stellar roster of speakers and educational opportunities, we've set aside time to unwind and network with your peers. Whether you participate in the sponsored Guided Ultrasound Block Workshop, enjoy a welcome reception with dessert and drinks, join a guided wellness walk through Historic Albany, attend the student pub night with anesthesia trivia or attend our afterhours Axe Throwing event - we have something for everyone!

8:30 – 10:30 PM: Axe Throwing at FarShot Albany. We've rented the entire place! A little casual axe throwing is a fun way to connect with (and compete) with fellow CRNAs!
$40 includes coaching, axe throwing and fun. Beer, wine and snacks are available for purchase.
